How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive 5–7 business days after dispatch, so allow 6–10 business days in total. Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide.
Will it arrive in time for my event?
Please allow up to 10 business days. If your date is close, email support@almelle.com before you order and we'll let you know what to expect.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes range from XS to 3XL depending on the style. If you're between sizes, email support@almelle.com with your measurements and we'll help you choose.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn, with the original tags and packaging. Email support@almelle.com to start a return. There's no restocking fee. Read the full returns policy.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We ship within Australia only, and we can't deliver to PO Boxes.
